By accessing and using CielTools and any of our services, including Sakutto Merge and future tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
CielTools provides a suite of productivity tools designed to streamline repetitive tasks. Our current offering includes Sakutto Merge for Excel file combination, with additional tools planned for future release. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

- Use the services only for lawful purposes

- Not upload malicious files or content

Files uploaded to our tools are processed temporarily for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. We do not permanently store your uploaded files unless explicitly stated for a specific feature. All file processing is automated and secure.

All content, features, and functionality of CielTools are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your content that you process through our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
CielTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

8. Modifications
